His classes are often described as unique education explorations of movement, embodiment and breath. A student always, Andrew is constantly learning and blending anatomical education, self-massage, postural correction, dynamic and therapeutic movement, voice and sound work together into a playful and impactful experiences of human resonance and connectivity.

Teaching Styles
Dynamic – Breath, Movement, Connection. A dynamic practice designed to increase flexibility, mobility and build strength in the body.
Restorative – Stillness, Alignment, Presence. A grounded, sustained practice rooted in deeper levels of awareness of breath and body. Release tension both mentally and physically in a mindful, patient way.
Yoga Tune Up® - A fitness therapy format designed to eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga.
Therapeutics – Practices designed to address specific needs or imbalances of the body and mind. Through conscious breath work, and specific exercises which honour the biomechanics of the body build and limitations we build awareness, connection and from there offer tools for healing.
Voice – Body, Breath, Sound. Discover connections from body to breath to voice. Practices include movement exercises to improve alignment, breath work to increase breath capacity and support, and vocal exploration to improve quality, tone and colour of your voice in speech and song.

Private Sessions
Dedicate time and attention to create a personalized practice that suits your needs. An ideal commitment for those wanting to move deeper in their practice and better understand their bodies specific needs.
Semi-Private sessions (limited to 4 participants)
Explore your practice in an intimate setting with space for question, personalized attention to detail and support. An ideal situation for couples, families, or groups of friends to commit to supporting one another in exploring their practice.
Corporate Sessions
Help reduce stress, increase energy levels and productivity while building a foundation for stronger relationships, and commitment to well being within the work place. Practices may be scheduled to suit your specific needs on an ongoing basis.
Session includes:
• 15 minute consultation about intentions, needs, goals.
• 1 hour of personalized practice inclusive of vinyasa, restorative, pranayama, meditation and voice work (as needed)
• Follow up contact
• packages of 10 classes must be used within 3 months time (special circumstances can be discussed)
Authentic Voice Workshop
Weather in our personal lives, or in our working lives are we aware of the power in our voice and the energy that supports effective, clear, empowered communication? Discover what it means to stand behind your voice and express yourself from a deeply connected, grounded and engaging way. In this 90 min workshop as a group we will explore tools for empowered vocal expression through exercises of yoga, breath awareness, circle singing, sound making and vocal exploration.
