In this 2-hour workshop, we will use therapeutic ball rolling, dynamic stretching, and out-of-the-box strengthening work to set a solid foundation for the evolution of your handstand practice. This workshop is intended for yogis who have some experience in their handstand practice on the mat and are ready to take their practice into new dimensions of play. We will explore the depths of our hip mobility through the full range of therapeutic ball rolling, dynamic stretching and strengthening exercises to reframe the musculature that frames your pelvis. Learn key ingredients for active restoration of the hip joint, release inhibitions that may be causing discomfort or pain and walk away with an increased sense of grounding and connection in your life off the mat.
